Abstract: Cloud computing is becoming an adoptable information technology (IT) for many businesses with its dynamic usage of virtualized resources as a service through the Internet. Cloud computing link knowledge management system (KMS) is a new concept. To our knowledge, no relate exploration study for this issue in the literature has been published. This study purposes to develop a conceptual framework of KMS architecture for knowledge management (KM) applications. The contributions of this model, is an organization can achieve its KM goal in a cost efficient method by using cloud computing for decision-making.
