Abstract: This research aims to provide quality of intelligent decision support in dynamic situations. The collected data can be combined and analysed using the knowledge discovery technology. Integrating visualization and data mining into a dynamic decision support is a promising approach. This paper presents a theoretical framework for multi-agent based decision support using visualization and data mining. Agent technology represents a significant solution to optimize the knowledge management. The proposed architecture is implemented for the nosocomial infections surveillance in the hospital intensive care units. The research studies conceptual and practical implications of the proposed visual intelligent system modelling.
