Abstract: With the development of information technology and the reduction of storage equipment costs, a large number of databases have been able to create and store massive amounts of data. How to use this data to provide guidance and advice for business decisions is a difficult problem that decision analysis systems need to solve. This paper designs a new multi-dimensional heterogeneous network information model, defines the binary relational meta-path in the heterogeneous network and the n-ary relational meta-path, and studies the relationship of these meta-paths as a new way to guide network aggregation. An intelligent emergency decision support system based on the GIS platform and the concept of the plan library was established. The system adopts the method of artificial intelligence and GIS technology to complete the management, analysis and processing of map space data, and realizes the rapid and automatic generation of emergency decision-making. Finally, through experiments on large-scale real and simulated data, it is verified that the system can effectively and efficiently analyze large-scale multi-dimensional heterogeneous networks.
