Abstract: In recent years, with the development of diversified social values, new requirements put forward to the university students’ social responsibility consciousness education. And the evaluation of to the social responsibility consciousness of the college students is putting on the agenda. In this study, AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the evaluation model of the social responsibility consciousness of the college students with student-based, which is used to assessment the social responsibility consciousness of the college students with student-based, to reflect advantages and disadvantages of the system of the social responsibility consciousness of the college students with student-based. Thus decision-making basis is provided to the education and training of the social responsibility consciousness of the college students with student-based. The building of the model has great theoretical and practical value on the integrated assessment of the social responsibility consciousness of the college students with student-based.
