Abstract: In this paper, we utilize induced Choquet ordered averaging operator to develop the induced hesitant interval-valued fuzzy choquet ordered averaging (IHIVFCOA) operator. Then, we have utilized this operator to develop the approach to solve the hesitant interval-valued fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems. Finally, a practical example for evaluating the construction noise is given to verify the developed approach.
