Abstract: Platformization is an important direction for business in the present and future. Platforms with strong flexibility are able to quickly respond to changes in the internal and external environment. So businesses can effectively avoid all kinds of risks and keep steady and sustainable development. The flexibility evaluation of platform organization is the key point to improve the flexibility of the platform enterprise. Based on the international and domestic related research, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of flexibility for platform organization and puts forward a kind of method to evaluate the flexibility of platform organization based on fuzzy linguistic variables. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the method are verified by a numerical example.
