Abstract: A directed hypergraph is powerful tool to solve the problems that arise in different fields, including computer networks, social networks and collaboration networks. In this research paper, we apply the concept of single-valued neutrosophic sets to directed hypergraphs. We introduce certain new concepts, including single-valued neutrosophic directed hypergraphs, single-valued neutrosophic line directed graphs and dual single-valued neutrosophic directed hypergraphs. We describe applications of single-valued neutrosophic directed hypergraphs in manufacturing and production networks, collaboration networks and social networks. We develop and implement algorithm for our certain networks models based on single-valued neutrosophic directed hypergraphs.
