Abstract: For multi-attribute decision-making problems in which attributes have relationship and attribute value is intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, a multi-attribute decision-making method based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy generalized Heronian OWA operator is proposed. First of all, the definition, computing rules and properties of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are introduced, as well as HOWA operator. Then the definition and properties of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy generalized Heronian OWA operator are proposed, and multi-attribute decision-making method based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy generalized Heronian OWA operator is developed. The example demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
