Abstract: The impeller, the core component of pump products, directly decides produit the operation performance and reliability. Nevertheless, some of the impeller type surfaces are extremely complex so it is difficult to directly use the method to mapping its structure and size. If in this case we can realize the parts reconstruct by reverse engineering technology. Reverse engineering, a practical and comprehensive technology, is a pioneering that can realize the real 3D CAD model reconstruction. Using the finite element analysis technique can realize the fluid dynamics analysis of the three-dimensional impeller reconstruction model. And the performance of products can be obtained under the simulation environment, which can provide reliable basis for the impeller products of the further study.
