Abstract: Under the influence of the Internet and social media, the network public opinion environment in colleges and universities has become a key factor in shaping campus culture and maintaining a harmonious society. The purpose of this study is to build a network public opinion evaluation model suitable for university environment through fuzzy evaluation method, and design an effective network public opinion guidance strategy based on this model. The results show that the fuzzy evaluation method can effectively deal with the uncertainty in the network public opinion environment and improve the accuracy and credibility of the evaluation. The guidance strategy based on the evaluation results is helpful to improve the network public opinion environment and promote its healthy development.
