Abstract: According to the requirement of practical application in environment detection, intelligent transportation, military and other fields, this paper proposes a network mode of mobile network with double-layer fixed cluster structure. Based on the clustering routing protocol CBRP of Ad hoc networks, a CBRP+ routing protocol for mobile network with double-layer fixed cluster structure is designed. Using OPNET simulation tool, the mobile network with double-layer fixed cluster structure and CBRP+ routing protocol are simulated. The network performance parameters such as end-to-end delay, packet delivery rate and throughput are obtained and analysed. The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of double-layer fixed cluster mobile network and CBRP+ routing protocol. The simulation results show that double-layer fixed cluster mobile network can meet the communication needs of related applications. The designed routing protocol, CBRP+, is suitable for double-layer fixed cluster mobile networks.
