Development of computer-based resources for textile education

Abstract: The production of educational resources for students of textiles and engineering is described. The courseware author/subject expert interaction, and the development trials are considered, as are the various types of software package used in development. Details of the production of the graphics and animations are included, together with an explanation of how these contribute to the interactivity value of the material.
