Abstract: Primary tuberculosis (TB) of the breast is a very rare condition. We present a 50-year-old patient who presented with primary TB of the breast. The significance of the radiological findings, the importance of histological diagnosis and treatment, and the possibility of co-existence with breast cancer are discussed.
