Abstract: Anemia in newborn infants is a common manifestation of hemolytic disease or congenital parvovirus B19 infection. However, it is quite rare to have both the conditions together in an infant. We report a case of parvovirus B19 induced postnatal anemia in an infant who received intrauterine blood transfusions for Rh incompatibility.
