Abstract: In order to be able to efficiently carry out the management of workshop production scheduling, and improve the production efficiency and product quality, it is necessary and urgent to put forward a more flexible and efficient optimization algorithm. The combination of the genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm could give full play to each other’s characteristics, make up for deficiencies such as the low calculation speed of genetic algorithm and search scope limitations of optimum solution in the particle swarm optimization, and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm was formed with fast computation speed and the reliable optimal solution. The …hybrid algorithm was applied to the model of production scheduling, and the calculation steps and structure of the hybrid algorithm were defined. In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, simulation analysis was carried out by using Matlab. According to the analysis results, it can be seen that the hybrid algorithm applied to production scheduling is not only efficient but also flexible. The combination of genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm to form a hybrid optimization algorithm has a certain reference value for the production scheduling similar algorithm optimization. Abstract: Under the environment that the safety problem of coal mining is becoming more and more serious, research on coal seam has become one of the hot topics. Among them, the water inrush from coal seam floor is one of the main threats to coal mine safety. Based on this, the mechanism of water inrush from coal seam floor was revealed by the coupling of seepage and stress and the variation regularity of permeability of rock during the whole stress-strain process was analyzed, and the effects of confining pressure and osmotic pressure on permeability were studied and the dynamic evolution models …of rock permeability and the equation of permeability and volume strain were established. The permeability and failure process of rock were analyzed and rock engineering system (ORES) method was proposed. The seepage stress coupling mechanism of coal seam floor was analyzed and the governing equations of seepage stress coupling of coal seam floor were constructed. Hebei Xingtai North wells in Dongpang Coal Mine 9208 working face water inrush examples were analyzed. Abstract: After several decades of reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, and the development speed of the real economy has slowed down gradually. In order to obtain sufficient funds in a short period of time to meet the production and operation needs, many enterprises carry out financial capital management, which has a certain impact on the profitability of enterprises. In addition, in order to study the impact of financial capital management on profitability, in this paper, relevant data of some non-financial listed companies from 2007 to 2013 in China was selected, and the multiple linear regression analysis was …carried out. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the proportion of financial assets and the return on net assets shows a significant negative correlation, which means that there is a negative correlation between the financial capital operation scale of non-financial listed companies and the profitability of listed companies. Abstract: Currently the matrix vibration of the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) for some cruise missile needs to be reduced and conventional algorithms occupy excessive hardware resources. Considering the vibration frequency range from 50 to 400HZ has the biggest impact on the guidance accuracy, we propose a target method for active vibration control in the SINS. Firstly, the requirement analysis is carried out for the target method, and secondly the MATLAB software is used to design the parameters and compare the filtering simulation. Then the hardware design is performed and the filtering algorithm is improved to reduce the power consumption approaching …green computing. Finally the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the target method for active vibration control in the SINS is verified by the experiment. The results show that the target method can separate the main vibration frequency which affects the guidance accuracy with a good linearity effect, efficient hardware utilization and low power consumption approaching green computing. Moreover, the accuracy, the effectiveness and efficiency of the control algorithm have been also significantly improved. Show more

Abstract: Based on the 3D virtual laminated element and considering the beam-slab-column collaboration, this paper conducts the nonlinear infinite laminated element analysis of three reinforced concrete (R. C.) space frame structural models with different seismic precautionary, respectively, after single-column failure and collapse calculation analysis and method verification of a two-bay and four-floor R. C. space frame. Analysis results show that: 1) with the increase of the seismic precautionary intensity, the space stiffness of the frame structure when collapsing as a whole increases, and the collapse mode transfers from the “slow changing” to the “abrupt changing;” 2) the higher the seismic precautionary …intensity is, the stronger the vertical progressive collapse resistance capability of the structure is; 3) the floorslab membrane effect can delay the appearance of the beam’s catenary effect, but enhance the framed beam-to-floorslab membrane stress mechanism and the catenoid mechanism; the slab-framed beam collaboration can increase the vertical progressive collapse capability in the catenary (catenoid) period. Abstract: Owing to climate change, human activities and underlying surface change in the basin, a series of hydrological factors have not only changed in the annual form, but also changed the distribution trend of monthly hydrological factors in a year. This phenomenon has seriously affected the ecological water demand in the river channel. The calculation and analysis of ecological water demand will be affected by runoff sequence after variations. This paper proposed a distribution trend model of runoff by using Gini coefficient, which was used to identify the variation points of runoff at Ga Datan station in the Da Tong River …basin. Then the monthly ecological water demand in the river channel was calculated. Abstract: Enterprise operating liabilities refers to the debt involved in sale of goods or services; they are one of the most important external financing resources for enterprises. Based on the theory of industry economics and corporate finance, using data of A-share listed companies from year 2000 to 2014, this paper discusses two mechanisms product market competition and enterprise asset strategy, and their influence on enterprise operating liabilities. It finds out that, when the product market competition is fiercer, the operating liabilities are more; when the enterprise implements “heavy” assets strategy, the operating liabilities are more; when the enterprise is in the …fierce market competition, and the heavy-asset enterprise’s operating liabilities become lower. The further research tests the relationship and the changing speed of the operating liabilities and financial liabilities of firms, by contrast, it finds out the financial liabilities have totally different features and characteristics from operating liabilities. With panel data, hybrid recommender systems method using for reference to our model design, thus, this paper starts from an innovative research perspective, and the research findings have broadened and enriched the strategic theory research, and have some kind of practical significance to the enterprise financing decision in practice for them to achieve the maximum value of enterprises.
