Abstract: In this paper a DC-DC converter with high voltage conversion ratio and low chip area, which is useful for RFID tag chip, is presented. DC-DC converter is modeled with neural network while TLBO algorithm is used to optimize it. In each stage of the converter the charge transfer switch is used for increasing the voltage gain. Each charge transfer switch is dynamically controlled with the inverter and the charge transfer switch is completely becomes on and off. By using the achieved results of the TLBO algorithm, the output voltage and voltage conversion ratio of DC-DC converter are 7.741 V and 86% …, respectively, while the input voltage is considered 1.8 V. The layout of the DC-DC converter chip area drawn in Cadence software is 60μm*60μm. The neural network and TLBO algorithm are programed with Matlab software and the Cadence software is used for extracting the circuit primary samples and simulating the final design of DC-DC converter in 0.18μm CMOS technology. Abstract: This paper presents an enhanced trust model for evaluating and selecting trustworthy advisor agents in multi-agent systems. In particular, the study proposes a computational trust model based on three main components, reliability, reputation and risk of interactions (3-R) in order to select trustworthy advisor agents. These advisors are buyer agents which suggest a trustworthy seller agent for transaction. The 3-R model represents a method for calculating reliability, with each advisor that has similar preferences with the buyer. Experimental results are presented in defense of the proposed approach and to demonstrate the accuracy of the presented model in evaluating the trustworthiness …of advisors, even when a social network of advisors contains few numbers of advisors. The proposed 3-R model will be useful for researchers to improve the safety of electronic marketplaces in the case where the buyer agent has no previous experience with sellers, and it has to trust the other buyers as an advisor to make a decision about sellers. Abstract: The capable incorporation of Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) in the upcoming transportation area presents several technical challenges to electrical distribution networks for example voltage drop and loss increase. The energy demand of these movable loads is stochastic naturally owing to the uncertainties accompanied by their location and amount of required energy. Accordingly, a new optimal stochastic reconfiguration procedure based on Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) is suggested that diminishes resistive loss and costs of radial distribution grids. The proposed technique is equipped with mutative operators to surpass the optimization process. Furthermore, a novel local smart charging pattern is recommended which …lessens the congestion influence of PHEVs on system load curve successfully. The uncertainties of PHEV loads are modeled with Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) and the proposed methodology is examined on Tai-power distribution network to validate its performance and robustness. Abstract: This paper proposes a new method based Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) to investigate the optimal capacitor placement and sizing from the reliability point of view. In this regard, System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) and System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) as the “customer-orientated indices” and Average Energy Not Supplied (AENS) as the “load and energy-orientated index” are utilized as the reliability objective functions. Meanwhile, to reach a compromise between the original objective functions and reliability ones, the total system cost including the MW cost of power losses as well as the capacitor investment cost is also considered as an …objective function. In order to handle the proposed nonlinear constraint multi-objective optimization problem suitably, a new self adaptive modification method based on Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) is proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is investigated through a standard test system. Show more

Abstract: In this paper, we first introduce the notion of state operators on a hyper BCK-algebra and investigate some properties of them. Also we introduce the notions of state hyper (weak hyper, strong hyper) BCK-ideals and discuss relations among them. Moreover we study state congruences on state hyper BCK-algebra (X , σ ) and show that there exists a bijection between all state regular strong congruence relations and all state hyper reflexive strong BCK-ideals on (X , σ ). Then, we induce quotient state hyper BCK-algebra on a bounded hyper BCK-algebra by the kernel of regular commutative state operator and prove …that it is a bounded commutative BCK-algebra, that is an MV-algebra. Furthermore, we introduce (strong) state-morphism operators on hyper BCK-algebras and discuss the relationship between (strong) state-morphism operators and state operators. We also introduce the adjoint pairs on a hyper BCK-algebra and obtain that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the regular adjoint pairs and the regular state-morphism operators on a hyper BCK-algebra. Abstract: According to the standards, optimal allocation and sizing of D-STATCOM should be implemented accurately to make the maximum efficiency. Thus, this paper suggests a new approach based on social spider optimization (SSO) algorithm to deal with the optimal allocation and sizing of D-STATCOM in the distribution systems. The problem is formulated in a multi-objective framework based on scenario production and SSO algorithm to capture the uncertainties of active and reactive loads suitably. The proposed scenario based method generates a number of possible scenarios with different probabilities to model the uncertainty effects. The feasibility and satisfying performance of the proposed method …are examined using an IEEE standard distribution test system. Show more

Abstract: In this paper, we are going to introduce a fundamental relation “δ” on (hyper BE -algebra) dual hyper K -algebra and investigate some properties. We show that quotient of any dual hyper K -algebra via a regular relation is a hyper BE -algebra and this quotient, via any strongly regular relation is a BE -algebra. Furthermore, it shows that “δ” under some condition is transitive and quotient of any weak commutative dual hyper K -algebra via “δ* ” is a dual BCK -algebra.

Abstract: We extend the fuzzy rough set as probabilistic fuzzy rough set (PFRS) on a fuzzy probabilistic approximation space. The proposed PFRS models both vague and uncertain information at the same time. The viability of PFRS in decision making is illustrated through a case study. PFRS is shown to be useful for both probabilistic as well as deterministic problems.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a new type of almost statistical convergence of generalized difference sequences of fuzzy numbers involving lacunary sequences. We give the relations between the lacunary strongly almost Cesàro type convergence and lacunary almost statistical convergence. Furthermore, we study some of their properties like completeness, solidity, symmetricity etc. We also give some inclusion relations related to these classes.

Abstract: Scene classification is a popular research topic in computer vision, and has received much attention in the recent past. Conventionally, scene classes are considered to be mutually exclusive. However, in real-world scenarios a scene image may belong to multiple classes, depending upon different perceptions of the masses. In this paper, we propose an improved Bandler and Kohout’s sub-triangle product (BK subproduct) approach to address this issue. Instead of using the original BK subproduct solely, we introduce a combination of inference structures. The advantages are three-fold. Firstly, using the BK subproduct as an inference engine, we are able to attain the …relationships between image data sets and scene classes that are not directly associated. Secondly, our approach is able to model non-mutually exclusive data, as opposed to conventional solutions. Finally, our classification result is not binary. Instead, we can classify each scene image as belonging to multiple distinct scene classes. Experimental results on public datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Show more
