Abstract: In this paper we introduce the notion of obstinate filter in BL-algebra A and we state and prove some theorems which determine the relationship between this notion and other types of filters of a BL-algebra and by some examples we show that this notion is different. Also, we prove that if F is an obstinate filter, then F is a Boolean filter hence A/F is a Boolean algebra. Finally, we construct some algorithms for studying the structure of the finite BL-algebras and filters in finite BL-algebras.

Abstract: In this paper an Evolutionary-based hybrid thresholding method is presented and implemented on nano-scale light microscopic images. Because of background non-uniform illumination, Segmentation of nano-scale light microscopic images is a hard task in real world, and also fundamental task in image processing. An adaptive and efficient thresholding method based on image spatial correlation histogram and Shanbag entropy is proposed in this paper. Genetic algorithm as a parameter optimizing tool is also employed to fine-tune the parameters and coefficients. The microscopic nano-scale images of rat prostate cancer cells with the spatial resolution of few tens of nanometers and nuclear track images …(few tens to few hundred nanometers in spatial resolution) are segmented by the proposed thresholding method and the misclassification error and track detection rate are used as the criteria for evaluation purpose. Abstract: Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation (IVIFPR) is an important structure in representing fuzzy information comprehensively. This paper focuses on the multiplicative consistency of the IVIFPR. Some concepts, such as the approximate multiplicative consistent IVIFPR, the perfect multiplicative consistent IVIFPR and the acceptable multiplicative consistent IVIFPR are defined. Then, a desirable property of multiplicative consistent IVIFPR is investigated. Two algorithms are developed to construct the approximate/perfect multiplicative consistent IVIFPR. Since inconsistent IVIFPR is common but unreasonable in deriving the priorities of an IVIFPR, an iterative procedure is proposed to improve the consistency of an inconsistent IVIFPR. Abstract: The aim of this paper is to introduce and investigate (bounded commutative) monadic BE-algebras. It's proved that for each m-relatively complete subalgebra of a bounded commutative monadic BE-algebra, we can defined a bounded commutative monadic BE-algebra, moreover, each bounded commutative monadic BE-algebra is of this form. Also, some results about filters and congruences on a bounded commutative monadic BE-algebra are stated and a relation between bounded commutative monadic BE-algebras and monadic bounded residuated lattices is obtained.

Abstract: We describe relations between hyper MV-algebras and hyper K-algebras and prove that a finite hyper MV-algebra satisfying the condition $0\CirclePlus x = \{x\}$ , used by many authors, is in fact an ordinary MV-algebra. We also characterize relations between the main types of deductive systems of hyper MV-algebras.

Abstract: This paper extends the solution concept of the core for cooperative games to fuzzy games by taking into consideration the activity levels, which we term the core configuration. Unlike the core introduced by Aubin in 1981, the core configuration has an inherently inessential games property. Moreover, we propose a necessary and sufficient condition to investigate the non-emptiness of the core configuration. Based on the properties of consistency and its converse, an axiomatization of the core configuration is also proposed.

Abstract: The theory of bipolar fuzzy sets introduced by Lee [9] has been applied to many branches of mathematics. In this paper, we initiate a study on bipolar fuzzy sets in Γ-semihypergroups. We define bipolar fuzzy left (right, bi-, interior, (1,2)-) Γ-hyperideals and explore some related properties. We use these bipolar fuzzy Γ-hyperideals to characterize some classes of Γ-semihypergroups. Abstract: In this paper, a design methodology is proposed for generating a fuzzy rule-based classifier for highly imbalanced datasets (only binary classification problems). The classifier is based on sugeno-type fuzzy inference system (FIS) and is generated using subtractive clustering, differential evolution (DE) and multi-gene genetic programming (MGGP) to obtain fuzzy rules. Subtractive clustering and DE are utilized for producing antecedents of rules and MGGP is employed for generating the functions in the consequence parts of rules. Feature selection is utilized as an important pre-processing step for dimension reduction. Performance of the proposed method is compared with some fuzzy rule-based classification approaches …taken from the literature. The experiments are performed over 22 highly imbalanced datasets from KEEL dataset repository; the classification results are evaluated using AUC as a performance measure. Some statistical non-parametric tests are used to compare classification performance of different methods in different datasets. Abstract: This work addresses the evolution of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to assist in the problem of autonomous navigation of a vehicle in urban environments. We propose a system architecture based on the use of two ANNs, one is trained for image processing, in charge of road recognition and employing template matching. The other ANN is evolved to perform the navigation control. The paper focuses on the evolved ANN, which provides steering and speed control to the autonomous vehicle, corroborating with the Evolutionary Robotic research area and showing its practical viability. Abstract: In this paper, a novel two-stage modification firefly Optimization algorithm (MFA) is proposed for the placement of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Power Plants (PEM-FCPP) in distribution systems. FCPPs, as Distributed Generation (DG) units, can be taken into account as combined sources of Heat, Power, and Hydrogen (CHPH). The overall system efficiency can be improved by CHPH operation of FCPPs. Also, it will produce hydrogen which can be stored for the future use of FCPPs or can be sold to make a profit. The objective functions under investigation consist of the operating costs of electrical energy generation of distribution substations …and FCPPs, the voltage deviation and the total emission. In this paper, only the placement of CHPH FCPPs is considered while investment cost of devices is not considered. Owing to the different, non-commensurable and nonlinear objectives, using conventional single-objective approaches makes difficulties to solve the problem. Other than that, the placement of FCPP in distribution systems is a mixed integer problem. Therefore, in order to overcome these problems, the firefly algorithm is utilized. In addition, a new two-stage modification is employed to search the problem area globally. Due to the multi-objective characteristic of the optimization, implementing the proposed MFA leads to obtain a set of solution in the problem instead of only one.
