Abstract: This paper examines Arthur Kennickell's contribution to the development of sample surveys on household wealth. It focuses on his investigation of longitudinal imputation methods carried out using the 2009 wave of the Survey of Consumer Finances sponsored by the U.S. Federal Reserve Board. His results are related to the existing literature.
