Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the concepts of dominating and double dominating energy of m-polar fuzzy graphs. Using the notion of eigenvalues of m-polar fuzzy relations, we study certain formulae, lower and upper bounds of dominating and double-dominating energy. We also propose the idea of out-dominating and double out-dominating energy of m-polar fuzzy digraphs. We present a decision model based on m-polar fuzzy preference relations to solve multi-criteria decision-making problems.
