Green supplier evaluation criteria include quantitative and qualitative criteria. Due to the complexity and ambiguity of actual decision making problems, and the subjectivity of decision makers (DMs), it is difficult to describe qualitative criteria with precise data. In this paper, Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PFNs) are used to describe the qualitative criteria, then a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model with undesirable outputs under Pythagorean fuzzy environment is developed. Finally, a numerical example ahout green supplier selection is provided to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method.
