Abstract: Research on variance constrained control design problems for stochastic systems has received rather extensive attention in recent years. In this paper, this problem is solved by using the fuzzy control with observed-state feedback gains for continuous Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy stochastic systems. The proposed control purpose aims at finding observed-state feedback fuzzy controllers such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and the control input energy is minimized subject to the state variance performance constraints. Extending the practical fuzzy control theory incorporating the concept of state estimation, a variance constrained control methodology is developed for the continuous T-S fuzzy stochastic systems. Finally, a numerical is presented to illustrate the application of the present approach.
