Abstract: There are problems that the tillage depth of subsoiler is adjusted artificially and state subsidies are defrauded in cultivating process. The tillage depth of deep loosening machine measuring system is designed for artificially adjusting tillage depth in order to reduce the tillage depth and obtain state subsidies. The hardware platform of the measuring is set up, and the related software and communication subsystem are developed. The angle between the forearm of the frame and the vertical direction before and after the subsoiler subsoiling soil using acceleration sensor detected, the calculation model of tillage depth is given, and then the actual depth is calculated through the internal model, the tillage depth data is transmitted through 3G network. Field tests were carried out, the practical application shows that the system can give the tillage depth in cultivated land process, and has a very good practical significance, popularization and application value.
