Abstract: Many factors give rise to the diffusion of basic computing resources in cloud computing environment, such as the distribution, shareability and heterogeneousness of cloud platform and the loose coupling, time variability and randomness of load. Therefore, the paper studies the scheduling problem of basic computing resources in cloud computing environments from the perspective of IaaS resource provider. First, the paper proposes the resource deployment architecture on the basis of mobile Agent paradigm. Second, the paper designs a ``searching-decision making-executing'' multistage iterative scheduling model for catching the local features of workload under the constraints of real time and fine-grained. Third, the paper introduces the Skyline computing idea to establish the selecting strategy by using the optimal assigning and scheduling model. Finally, in comparison with RoundRobin Scheduling Algorithm and Utilization Perception Algorithm, the proposed schemes own better performance.
