Abstract: Most software projects fail due to incomplete, ambiguous and inconsistent requirements. The aim of the paper is to develop a practical approach for performing object oriented requirements analysis. The specific goal is to increase the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of software requirements by using a methodical step-by-step process that has a definite end point. Our proposed approach is followed by a case study to prove the applicability and the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
