Lifetime History of Depression Predicts Increased Amyloid-β Accumulation in Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment
[Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease 45(3), 2015, 907-919.DOI 10.3233/JAD-142931]
The ADNI reported AV-45 mean values on figure 2 (page 912) and table 2 (page 914) were raw AV-45 values, and should be changed to AV-45 SUVR values.
Therefore, the regional AV-45 SUVR values on Figure 2 and table 2 have changed in the corrected Figure 2 and Table 2 below.
|Regions of interest||aMCI-LMD (n = 39)||aMCI+LMD (n = 39)||F-value||p-value|
|Frontal ∗||1.32||0.21||1.39||0.27||4.29||0.04 ∗|
Abbreviations: aMCI = amnestic mild cognitive impairment; aMCI+LMD = aMCI with a lifetime history of major depression; aMCI-LMD = aMCI without any lifetime history of major depression; ANCOVA = analysis of covariance; AV-45 SUVR =18F-Florbetapir standardized uptake value ratio with a reference to cerebellar grey matter.
