Abstract: Metastatic breast cancer is commonly found in the pectoralis major and minor muscles, ribs, spine, pelvis, long bones of the extremities, liver, lung, and the brain. It is unusual to see breast cancer metastases to distal skeletal muscle. We report a case of a patient with a history of stage IIA infiltrating lobular carcinoma of the right breast presenting with a metastatic lesion in the right adductor magnus. She was treated four years prior to the onset of the metastases with a modified radical mastectomy but refused postoperative chemotherapy or adjunctive radiation.
