Abstract: This article addresses the problem of incorporating an inclusion structure in the general class of fuzzy c-means algorithms. Conventionally, all the classes of fuzzy clustering algorithms involve a distance structure as the main tool to compute the interaction between the expected class prototypes and all the patterns. However, as the inclusion violates the basic metric assumptions, thereby it cannot be directly substituted for regular distance structure. The approach, advocated in this paper, consists of supporting the distance structure by a semi definite matrix A, which preserves the inclusion constraint globally for each class. Particularly, a graded inclusion index is put …forward that takes into account the rational requirements underlying the definition of the inclusion of two Gaussian membership functions. Behaviour and algebraic properties of the proposed methodology are investigated. The proposed approach is then incorporated into the general fuzzy c-mean scheme, where the corresponding optimization problem is solved. Using both synthetic and real datasets, some illustrations are carried out in order to highlight the performances of the constructed algorithm and their evaluations, which are also compared to standard fuzzy c-means algorithm. Abstract: With respect to decision making problems by using probabilities and information that can be represented with linguistic labels, some new decision analysis is proposed. Firstly, we shall develop two new aggregation operators: generalized probabilistic uncertain linguistic weighted average (GP-ULWA) operator and generalized probabilistic uncertain linguistic ordered weighted average (GP-ULOWA) operator. These operators use the WA operator, the OWA operator, uncertain linguistic information and probabilistic information. They are quite useful because they can assess the uncertain information within the problem by using both linguistic labels and the probabilistic information that considers the attitudinal character of the decision maker. In these approaches, …alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of uncertain linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternative or selection of the most desirable alternative(s) is obtained by the comparison of uncertain linguistic information. Abstract: Wind turbine power forecasting is one of the most challenging and tedious issues in the power engineering field. In this way, we suggest a probabilistic method based on a sufficient optimization tool to construct optimal prediction intervals (PIs). Here we use combined lower upper bound method to capture the uncertainty of forecasting. In order to find the optimal PIs, a suitable multi-objective approach is employed to satisfy both PI coverage probability and PI width equally. According to the high complexity and nonlinearity of the problem, a new optimization algorithm called modified firefly algorithm (MFA) is employed to find the optimal …PIs. The proposed modification method makes use of levy flight operator and crossover operations to increase the diversity of the fireflies in the population. Abstract: In this article, we have presented a procedure to produce resilient nonlinear mechanisms used for the construction of substitution box (S-box). The planned nonlinear component assists in transforming the intelligible message or plaintext into an enciphered format by the use of Zaslavskii chaotic map and S8 permutations. A substitution box is generated that uses initial conditions, apply particular chaotic parameter values. The results of proposed S-box are compared with already existing S-boxes.

Abstract: With respect to hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets, a distance measure that can be seen as an extension of some linguistic distance measures is presented. Then, two generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted distance measures named the generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted distance (GHFLWD) measure and the generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic 2-additive Shapley weighted distance (GHFLASWD) measure are defined, by which the comprehensive attribute values can be obtained. To consider the importance of the ordered positions and their internal interactions, the generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic 2-additive Choquet Shapley weighted distance (GHFLACSWD) measure and the generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic 2-additive Shapley Choquet …weighted distance (GHFLASCWD) measure are presented. Abstract: Dual hesitant fuzzy set (DHFS), which permits the possible membership degrees and non-membership degrees of an element having sets of values in [0,1], is considered as a powerful tool to express uncertain information in the process of multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM). In this paper, we study the MAGDM problems in which the attribute values take the form of dual hesitant fuzzy elements and the weights of attributes and decision makers take the form of real numbers. Firstly, the normalized Hamming distance of the dual hesitant fuzzy elements is defined. Then, a new method for dealing MAGDM problems under …dual hesitant fuzzy environment is proposed on the basis of grey relational analysis (GRA) theory. Abstract: Filters play an important role in studying fuzzy logics. From logical point of view, filters correspond to sets of provable formulae. The aim of this paper is to solve two problems appeared in (α, β]-intuitionistic fuzzy filters of residuated lattices. Some characteristics of (α, β]-intuitionistic fuzzy filters ( (α, β]-intuitionistic fuzzy P-filters) are obtained. The relations among (α, β]-intuitionistic fuzzy filters, cut sets and s-upper cut sets are established. The “Extension property” and “Triple of equivalent characteristics” of (α, β]-intuitionistic fuzzy P-filters are also presented.

Abstract: In this paper, by a new ranking method of interval numbers which has a total order, interval cooperative games and some relevant definitions are firstly redefined, two important theorems are presented respectively to discuss the existence of the interval core and to prove the relations between the interval core and the interval dominance core. Abstract: Feature selection has been a research topic with practical significance in pattern recognition, machine learning and data mining. In this paper, a local energy-based framework is proposed to estimate the features' relevance for ranking them. The key idea behind this framework is to transform a complex nonlinear problem into a set of locally linear ones through local energy-based learning. Moreover, the convergence of this framework is analyzed. Some experiments are conducted on benchmark data sets including high dimension small sample size data, such as gene data. Abstract: Quality of power units' maintenance schedule is one of the most important factors, which influences reliability and efficiency of power plant exploitation process. The schedule is created during a planning process taking into consideration a lot of different criteria. These criteria result from bidirectional connections between power plant exploitation system and surrounding systems. Therefore they are formulated in completely different domains. The criteria often are defined approximately. Frequently they are contradictory so it is not possible to fulfil all the criteria simultaneously. Because of all these difficulties, the creation process of coherent assessment system, comprising all considered criteria, is very …complicated. Additionally, the number of maintenance schedule possible variants is very big.
