Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems in which the attribute weights are usually correlative, attribute values take the form of linguistic variables, some new methods are developed. Then a new aggregation operator called induced generalized 2-tuple linguistic choquet ordered averaging (IG-2TCOA) operator is proposed, and some desirable properties of the IG-2TCOA operator are studied, such as idempotent, commutative, monotonic and bounded. An IG-2TCOA operators-based approach is developed to solve the MADM problems. Abstract: The study we investigates the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Abstract: This study develops an approach to investigate the multiple criteria group decision making (MCGDM) problems with hesitant fuzzy information, in which the criteria values take the form of the hesitant fuzzy elements, the information about criteria weights is incompletely known and the information about experts' weights is correlative. In this paper, we utilize the Shapley function to produce an evaluation of the marginal weight of each expert in decision making and aggregate the given decision information to get the overall preference value of each alternative by experts. In order to get the weight vector of the criteria, we establish an …optimization model based on the basic ideal of traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) method, by which the criteria weights can be determined. Then, based on the traditional GRA method, calculation steps for solving hesitant fuzzy MCGDM problems with incompletely known weight information are given. The degree of grey relation between every alternative and positive-ideal solution and negative-ideal solution is calculated. Then, a relative relational degree is defined to determine the ranking order of all alternatives by calculating the degree of grey relation to both the positive-ideal solution (PIS) and negative-ideal solution (NIS) simultaneously. Abstract: Hierarchy plays a crucial role in the development of the granular computing(GrC). Presently, a lot of hierarchies have been studied for characterizing the finer or coarser relationships among information granulations, which are derived from the crisp binary relations. To further improve the existing results, not only the fuzzy information granulations derived from the fuzzy binary relations are presented in this paper, but also the three orderings are explored for expressing the hierarchies on fuzzy information granulations. Furthermore, we also introduce the concepts of the global and local knowledge distances into fuzzy information granulations, which can be used to construct the …knowledge distance lattices. It shows that the derived partial orderings through those lattices are corresponding to the three different hierarchies on fuzzy information granulations, respectively. Abstract: Fuzzy (lattice valued) posets are investigated with the order being a fuzzy relation on a fuzzy set. In this framework, fuzzy chains and generally fuzzy lattices are investigated. These are applied to fuzzy lattice ordered subgroups of lattice ordered groups. Lattice ordered subgroups are characterized in terms of cuts, and a special construction of fuzzy lattice valued subgroups is presented. In addition, classical totally ordered groups are characterized by their lattice valued subgroups. An application to ordered groups of real numbers is given.

Abstract: This paper analyzes linear discrete-time dynamic systems where both state variables and model coefficients are represented by fuzzy numbers. Since fuzzy numbers are not a closed group with respect to multiplication, the evolution of a system with fuzzy dynamic parameters can not be directly obtained in a closed form. To overcome this limit the systems have to be analyzed in terms of admissible solutions, hence the analysis has to be performed in the framework of Fuzzy Difference Inclusions. Abstract: Many studies have investigated the lattice structure of fuzzy substructures of algebraic sets such as group and ring. Some important results about modularity and distributivity have been obtained in these studies. In this paper, we first define the notion of (normal) (λ,μ)-L-subgroups on a group and investigate some of their properties. In particular, we discuss the relationships among ordinary L-subgroups, $(\in,\in\vee q)$ -, $(\bar{\in},\bar{\in}\vee \bar{q})$ -, $(\in_\lambda,\in_\lambda\vee q_\mu)$ -fuzzy subgroups and (λ,μ)-L-subgroups of a group. Also, we give a characterization of (normal) (λ,μ)-L-subgroup by means of (normal) L-subgroup. Finally, we discuss some properties of the lattices of …normal (λ,μ)-L-subgroups and obtain that the lattice of all normal (0,μ)-L-subgroups of a group is modular. Abstract: This paper attempts to generalize partial (pseudo-)metric and fuzzy (pseudo-)metric to a more general framework (in this paper, we call it fuzzy (pseudo-)partial metric). Firstly, the concept of fuzzy partial (pseudo-)metric is given. Then the relationships between partial (pseudo-)metric, fuzzy (pseudo-)metric and fuzzy partial (pseudo-)metric are investigated. Finally, fuzzy partial pseudo-metric can be endowed with many-valued topological structures.

Abstract: This paper presents a fuzzy based assessment system which estimates the diameter of micro cracks in concrete. The most important micro cracks in concrete are ITZ cracks. Interfacial Transition Zone (ITZ) in concrete involves an approximately 30μm zone around each aggregate, within which the porosity increases as the aggregate interface is approached. The ITZ micro cracking of concrete was investigated experimentally by means of compressive stress testing and microscopic analysis. For imaging the ITZ micro cracks, Secondary Electron signals of SEM have been used. To define the membership functions, large numbers of concrete specimens were made and their ITZ crack …width was imaged and measured by SEM. W/C ratio, amount of nano-sio2 , micro sio2 and age of specimens were considered as input membership functions and ITZ micro crack width was considered as output function. After the formation of black box and defuzzification, the system could predict the micro crack width correctly.
